Why our roofs
hold.

You saw the same storm hit two roofs. The difference isn't the shingles you can see, it's five layers you can't. Tap a layer.

What we do

Roofing, done
for the Gulf coast.

Full re-roofs

Tear-off to the deck, new layers done right, cleanup you'd never know happened. Shingle, tile or metal.

02

Repairs & leaks

03

Storm damage

Fast tarping, photo documentation, and help with the paperwork when a storm has already done its work.

04

Hurricane-prep inspections

A top-to-bottom check before the season starts, so you find the weak spot before the wind does.

05

Tile & metal specialists

Barrel tile, flat concrete tile, standing seam and 5V crimp, installed by crews who do it every week.

06

Wind-mitigation reports

Documentation your insurer may use to review your premium, with the photos to back it up.

Straight answers

Questions.

How do I know if I need a repair or a new roof?

Age, the number of leaks, and what's under the surface all matter. A repair makes sense when the damage is local and the rest of the roof is in good shape. If the roof is near the end of its life or the problems keep coming back, replacing it usually costs less over time. Our inspection tells you which one you're looking at, in writing.

Will my insurance cover storm damage?

It depends on your policy, your deductible and the cause of the damage. We document everything with dated photos and can walk you through the claim process, but we're not your adjuster and we won't promise a payout.

How long does a re-roof take?

Most single-family homes take a few days to about a week from tear-off to cleanup, weather permitting. Permits and material delivery happen before that, so the time on your roof is short.

Shingle, tile or metal for a Florida home?

Shingle costs the least up front but typically has the shortest life in Florida's heat and sun. Tile and metal cost more and tend to last considerably longer, and both can be installed to handle high winds. The right pick depends on your house, your budget and how long you plan to stay. Try them on your own house in the roof builder above.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We pull the permit, schedule the inspections and keep the paperwork, so there's nothing for you to chase down.

What's a wind-mitigation inspection?

It documents the features of your roof and home that help it resist high winds, such as roof shape, deck attachment and roof-to-wall connections. In Florida, insurers may offer premium credits based on that report. We can do the inspection and give you the report and photos.
